Evaluations
You can use ANGEL to administer evaluations in a completely secure environment with 100% return rate for open-entry classes.
Set up your evaluations as quizzes in a repository. Since typically all surveys ask the same questions, it is easy to copy the quiz multiple times and rename specifically for each class. Instructors simply retrieve the quiz from the repository. They do not download it, but only link it. Then, they create an action that hides an activity, such as a final exam, until the evaluation is submitted. The student does not have to complete the evaluation, but must open it to submit. The data is completely secure since it does not stay in the class and only those whom I provide access can retrieve the data. Also refer to KB 596-459 in the Angel support site.
