Angel FID (Friend of WSU ID) Process
If you have outside users who you want to enroll on Blackboard, you will need to direct them first to create their own FID's or Friend ID's

Once they have created their own FID, they need to pass those on to you or your assistant, so you can put them all into an excel spreadsheet, with their FID in the first column, Last name, first name and password columns. Then email us this spreadsheet and we'll get the new users enrolled.
