If you experience technical problems that are not concerning an urgent matter, please report them and request help by submitting a support request to helpdesk@wsu.edu. NOTE: These support requests are only monitored during normal business hours; if you submit a request after 5 pm Pacific time, it will not be read until the next business day. This could create a significant delay in addressing and resolving your technical issue(s). For more immediate assistance (e.g., exam issues, Angel access problems) please follow the instructions above regarding telephone support
